I eat a high protein and high fat diet consisting of pasture raised whole eggs and oatmeal for breakfasts, pasture raised chicken breast, grass fed beef and steaks imported from new Zealand and Australia. All meals are cooked with clean single sourced avocado oil and finished with cold pressed single sourced olive oil. i eat organic salads all prepared at home and washed with low alkaline water system to clean off all pesticides. One whole organic avocado consumed daily. All organic grains consumed are cleaned then soaked and cooked in organic slow boiled bone broth. NO Chemicals or natural flavors consumed.
