I live a very healthy lifestyle. No smoking, drinking, or medications of any types.

Continuously take vitamins, eat very clean foods and limit toxin exposure as much as possible.

I have been nursing for the last 1.5 years. Currently pumping breast milk for my toddler and nursing my 10 week old. I’ve been an oversupplier and I am able to feed my babies and freeze an extra 18-24 oz / day.
