Frozen, or fresh, breast milk from a longtime vegan mama who weightlifts. All frozen milk is from September 2023 to current and kept in a monitored deep freezer.

Supplements: prenatal, algae omega, B12, and occasionally iodine or sunflower lethicin. No alcohol, no drugs, no smoking, no medications, no caffeine. I attempt to eat organic for the recommended dirty dozen & I only use nontoxic products in my home for personal care and cleaning. I avoided tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, onions as much as possible for the first 6 months. Pump parts are washed after every use.

For consumption and many other uses such as milk baths or topical application for skin irritations, wound healing, etc. Perfect for body builders.

$2 per ounce for frozen/$6 per ounce for fresh. No wet nursing.
