Breast milk individually bagged in 6 oz quantities & deep frozen in compact bricks. My diet is strictly soy and dairy protein free for my own baby, who is a healthy, very happy little chunk in the 90th percentile with no history of colic or sleep issues. I take no medications & I do not drink while pumping milk. I take a prenatal vitamin, vitamin D, omega-3 and occasional magnesium supplements. My milk is bagged and heated to 146 degrees F for 1 minute in a sous vide bath to denature the lipase enzyme in milk to prevent any unfavorable smell/taste that can result from freezing breast milk. This does not reduce nutrition in the milk and you can relax knowing purchased milk will not hold any surprise tastes for your baby. I follow all recommended sanitization, milk handling and storage recommendations. I am selling because I have an abundance and am interested in continuing to pump because of the difficulty folks have finding soy/dairy free options.
