Hi! I’m an overproducing FTM, my 3-week old is exclusively breast-fed and has gained a total of a pound and a half during that time. My milk is very fatty, and I have about 250 ounces as of today in my freezer, with more being added. I am running out of freezer space and would love to help other mothers/babies in need. I take no drugs, do not smoke, and have a single iced coffee daily. I have a serving of alcohol in the evening a few days a week, AFTER her bedtime feeding, and pump 4 hours after that. I eat healthy, my husband and I are both cooks. Plenty of protein, fruit, and veggies, as well as frequent water. No fast food.
We use a bottle tub and brush only to clean pump parts, then sterilize them with the Dr. Browns sterilizer after each use. All pumped milk goes into single use breast milk bags within 10 minutes of being expressed, is labeled with the date/time, and frozen at 0 degrees F.
