Hello moms! I have an ABUNDANCE of milk in my deep freezer! My 3 month old only drinks half of what I produce in a day and my deep freezer is filling FAST. My baggies are filled with 4oz. I do NOT separate day and night pumps. I do maintain a healthy balanced diet due to exercise and just wanting my baby to get the best nutrients possible! I take a daily prenatal vitamin and 500mg of Choline to avoid clogged ducts. I do take electrolytes daily and ONE cup of coffee in the morning. I do sterilize my parts daily! I take VENMO and PAYPAL
