I live a healthy lifestyle, do not smoke or use drugs or take any medications. I follow a high-protein diet and take supplements like beef organs, magnesium, vitamin e, vitamin c & shilajit. I eat grass-fed meats, consume raw dairy, and have one cup of coffee per day. No vaccinations.

Milk is stored in sterile bags, frozen immediately, and all bags are dated. Happy to answer any questions.
