- Have one cup of weak coffee a day
- Have a healthy, varied diet that includes plenty of fresh veggies and organic meat

Milk is pumped daily with sterilized equipment and stored in breastmilk safe bags. I currently have the milk stored in larger bags (300 ml) but can store in smaller bags by request.
