I currently have 460 ounces of milk after donating 160 ounces to a friend. I make an average of 38 ounces a day. I have been taking clindamycin for mastitis so most my milk has possible traces of that. The doctor said if it passes through to the baby, we might see diarrhea but my daughter has not shown symptoms. Other than that I keep a nutrient filled diet. I do have a sweet tooth but I fill my diet with vegetables, fruits, dairy, and plenty of protein. I do not smoke or drink.
