Balanced diet of lean protein, omega 3s, vitamins, fats, and veggies, and carbs from nut flours, whole wheat, etc. I have a reoccurring daily surplus of 20 oz a day. I'd consider it a privilege and an honor to help feed your baby. My milk is pumped/expressed and then bagged into a specific-breastmilk freezer baggie (like, Lansingoh, MomCozy, etc.) and then organized into a 50oz "brick". But - you can absolutely order whatever amount of oz you want.
