I take a prenatal vitamin, fish oil, sunflower lecithin, calcium supplements, and vitamin C. I also am on a low dose of Sertraline(a pregnancy and lactation-safe antidepressant). I am not on any other medications. I have had 2 Pfizer Covid vaccines + 1 booster. I received the Tdap while pregnant. I delivered 2/17. I am a very clean person, I clean my pump parts after each use and sterilize my pump parts daily.
