Oversupplying with my last (had 3 babies in 3 years) able to feed all 3 babies and been tossing out at least am extra 10-12oz daily.
Have extra milk frozen from the first month PP.
Now 8weeks PP and seeing if I should start freezing or keeping it fresh for pick up. Negotiable.

Omnivore diet.
High fiber, magnesium and vitamin D consumption.
Only antibiotic free proteins.

No MSG consumption and added flavor, artificial sweeteners and colour
